    Yes. Rep is also important for your FB/Call to Duty quests. The tablets require a certain amout of Rep from the Tabber to work right. I dont' know the exact numbers though.

    The rank ring is definitely a nice bonus especially for archers. Like a free +2% crit ring if you get it high enough.

    Even the Rank II ring is nice when you get it, since it's got decent Phys. Attack and Crit +1%. At those levels, the only other option is to get a madly lucky on manufacting it yourself or pay a hellish load of coins for one.
