bought 100 dollars in zen money is not there

i bought 100 dollars in Zen and its not anywer i can find it ,,....how did i fail? i dont think i did

    Stolen from a similar question, shnuggles answered:

    You just need to go to the Transfer ZEN page and send it to the server of your choosing. After you do that, the next time you log into the game with your user ID and password, that will complete the transfer and make the ZEN spendable.

    what they said and you need at least one character at level ten on the server you transfer zen to.
