Crafting Dragon Orbs

Hi all,

I've been hearing rumors that you can craft dragon orbs to make a higher level one. I was wondering what NPC I needed to talk to if this is indeed true. Furthermore, I was wondering if that is how all the high levels have gotten their gear refined to +7 or +10...

    It would be unreal luck to get items refined to anything like +7 or +10 without using dragon orbs.

    Dragon Orbs can be bought from the cash shop and crafted into higher level ones at NPCs called Jewelcraftsman (not to be confused with Craftsman who makes ornaments).

10* "Ocean"	1370		(7*)	(8*)	(9*)

    Grade is the "star" level of the orb (2-star, 3-star, etc)
    #1* is the number of 1-Star orbs it would take to create that orb
    Actual Req is the specific grade (and quantity) for crafting a particular orb.
    (Ex: To make a single 3-star takes 10 1-star orbs altogether, eight of which must be crafted into a pair of 2-star orbs first)
