Hello,

I just bought $20 worth of ZEN using PayPal, now I need to verify the transaction. But I forgot my security question (favorite superhero)!!!!!!!b:cry

What should I do now????

    try emailing them your current situation.

    they should send you an email asking you for other information about your account to prove that the account is in fact yours to begin with.

    if you don't remember other information about your account....well...then your in a pickle...
