Can anyone in heaven's tear help me beat this quest?

Its called the perimeter i cant kill this elf. even when im buffed i keep on dying my iGn is Hydec if you could please add me and help me thank you.

    I would recommend getting 4 sockets in your TT19 armor and filling them with common shards. Also refining them to +12 will add enough HP so you are tough enough to beat that boss.

    I Also have problem to kill it.
    I thought covering him with magic attack + Genie skill will help, but no...
    I'm able to take only 4k his HP, then I die.

    I tried making slots, but unfourtunately I was able to make only one...
