need help with a couple of things

I finished Awareness of Harmony a few levels ago, and I am now lvl 35 but can't start Awareness of Discord. Why not?

Also, I have killed Wicked Pirate a couple of times and I haven't been able to finish that quest. I have book that says use it on him, but how do I do that?

    Awareness of Discord Starts at 39+
    Before you kill the Pirate, right click on the book to get the quest THEN kill the pirate.
    Quit.

    Here is Cultivation chain quests for 30-39 lvls http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=87661 . Read careful, maybe u missed a quest,and buy the the way , ull need to die to be able to talk with Ghost Spirit.The guide from Ence helped me alot b:thanks even at 50s lvl too.Good luck b:victoryb :bye
