Tomes for infinate pet feeding

I read that tomes keep your pets fed and I was wondering how do you make or get tomes because, even though I'm wondering what to get first on my kind of server, I'm looking to get a legendary pet and feeding meat and or hay is very expensive, especially hay. I also wonder about the cost of a tome though I believe it in the long run would be better than trying to find and constantly feed meat and hay

    A base level tome is 3 tome fragments and 4 tome pages (or the other way around my brain is asleep)

    Take those items up to 1000 Streams and talk to the tome forge to make the tome of your choice.

    I can't speak for your server, but on Dream fragments run roughly 50k each and pages are about 150-170k each.


    While a tome will feed your pet for infinity, remember that it will not keep up your pet's loyalty.

    .. that is what keeping it fed means. loyalty wont drop from just being summoned and used, but it will still drop when the pet dies, at which point you need to feed it.
