Crafting lvl 7+ ?

I noticed that a lot of people don't know what the max lvl of crafting is available to us on PWI. (I for one don't) . I heard that for now we can only reach a max of lvl 6 in crafting skills however, I noticed that the Cape of Elite Leather is all around on the server... so what I'm wondering...

As of now can a player manufacture molds that require a Lvl 7 mastery (such as Cape of Elite Leather) or are those items dropped from boss mobs?

I'm curious because there is some equipment I would like but it says I need to be a lvl 7 craftsman and a lvl 7 tailor.... not sure. Please help.. thnx :)

    Crafting lvl 8 is lvl 100 requirement (requires a quest like lvl 4, lvl 6) so only a couple dozen players know if its put in the game or not. I had both tailor and blacksmith lvl 7 when i turned lvl 83 although i rushed to lvl my crafting by farming mats for like a week straight then trading some for other mats -.- . lvl 7 crafting is good enough to make me w/e i need.
