Aerogear Tickets?!?

Will some plz let me know how to get aerogear tickets? I checked the item guide but I may just be too noobish to understand. At any rate i can't figure out how to aquire these. On that note if anyone has some could you post price if your lookin to sell? Thanks in advance!

    can from weekly arena and possibly other events in future

    i typed that somewhat unclearly sorry, what i meant is in the future the arena may be open as well as other events that let you get the aerogear tickets, but as of now you cannot obtain them, so youll lvl up by then :]
