Devalis yes, Falls on the other hand has moved servers I've heard. They didn't bid on any lands but they are still able to defend.

It's too bad all those of us on the outside only have rumours and half-truths to go on. I'm curious what's been going on on the inside.

Since I started playing, Nefarious has always been the #1 faction. I always assumed they were the strongest. But then the questionable bids started appearing.

When the brand new 10,000 refund faction "CrazyLove" attacked Nef two weeks ago and managed to last for hours, it was pretty obvious that a GM crackdown was going to be the result. I'd love to know the story behind who made the decision to make such a flagrant fake-bid.

I probably sound like I'm being a Nef hater, and if so I apologize. But in truth the whole thing strikes me as some sort of classical tragedy where the Hero can't be defeated by outside forces, but allows a moral failure to cause collapse from within. I'm probably just projecting all the stuff I learned in University English, so feel free to call me a nut, and please remember that I have absolutely no facts to go on and should really just be ignored.b:victory

CrazyLove attack legendary and lasted an hour....not nef. They even got some 80+ chars in it b:shocked. Go to fish and sometimes u will see them around.

Speculation w/o evidence is always dangerous. LG or Nef may choose to fight a faction for 1hr plus just for the sakes of practice - but I guess there will always be conspiracy theorists.

From what I heard, many argue the recent bans as unfounded and there has always been a bias against the stronger factions. Who is stupid enough to make a blatant false bid? I would implore GMs to seriously consider and investigate allegations made by any random whinger. That's why you see all these proxy attacks on Nef recently. If you cant win one-on-one, you resort to...other tactics. b:shutup

pretty sure the crazylove now has no one there>.> at least none that bother showing up for TW. and the 1 time crazylove lasted like 2hr vs nef i heard was because dev went and soloed the the crystal without using catapults

It's possible I have the wrong name, it may not have been CrazyLove. But it was a new faction whose max rebate was something like 10,000. If I understand how the rebate system works then that means the faction had virtually nobody in it eligible for TW.

If the long battle time was a case of Nef choosing to toy with them, then sure, that seems legitimate. Nef would be completely justified in stating that the bans were unfair. But of course it's impossible for me to know the facts.

According to ToS, using Territory Wars to 'practice' methods of attack/defense is a bannable offense on the territory-holding parties' behalf.

Therefore, it comes to no surprise that recent bans have recently been enforced, if that is even the cause of the bans in the first place.

Only speculation can continue, as I am sure that no one loyal to Nefarious still would rat out their own Officers/Leadership to the public, for the sake of maintaining their image.

I do not read anything like this in their Terms of Service.

I do read, however "PWE MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, BLOCK ACCESS TO OR DELETE THE SERVICE OR ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE" and, also "If you feel you or your Account has been unfairly warned or disciplined please contact us with a full detailed explanation."

I think they pretty much have to have "without reason" in there, because otherwise they might have to defend themselves in court against people with disagreements based on their reasons which would ruin everything (they would run out of money fast and no one could play then).

@Deceptistar, I won't voice what I've heard(through spies) but it does give a reason why you saw Falls active, running around at 1k.

@WarrenWolfy, you might be thinking of LoveHurts, another possibly fake faction that launch attacks near 1k streams every few weeks.

I guess its like the government D= If u get that big u get corrupted in someway possible (i mean like the officers are chosen and there for a reason, and its not just to look and laugh) Youll get spies and all sorts of tactics trying to go for the loophole with a excuse to justify their means, when in fact if they were on the receiving side they are doing something they wouldnt want others to do to them. Sad, but thats life for u, ingame or out =/
