blocked space in the cat shop

Some of the spaced in my cat shop are blocked from me using them.... is there a way to free up those spaces?

    no you dont need any more room with the space you allready have not sure why the blocked spaces are there but no theres no use for them in the future there could posibly be but at the moment theres no use
