Why can we see like 99% of our regular gear (most on the right side slots) and on the left, all we can see is our bracers?!
It would look more spiffy if we could see our headgears, capes, belts, and necklaces.

At least headgear, It's baffled me since I started.

GMs already answered this. If they implement headgear than we all would look the same, and due to the high customizations they have created for your character head it would make creating all the possible masks to go with headgear a nightmare. (also why spend 30 minutes customizing your character when in end it would have its head covered by a helmet and visor?
Also think the more you have to render the more lag it adds.
All those features would add termendous amount of lag, however, they would have no game-play value. Same with capes, they would have to create hundreds of animation sequences for the capes flowing, for every single skill and movement.
Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

At least they could let people choose in option menu to show helmet or not.

Does flying around genie don't make game to lag more?

Well, PWI takes all stuff from other versions, so i don't know what new exceptions it can offer.

Yeah, I'd love (OPTIONAL!) visible headgear and capes, I don't like one of my character's faces anymore so I'd just cover it up, whereas, I'd turn that feature off in me PvP main.

I hate the flying around genies. As far as I am concerned, they should be invisible.

And, thus, there should be an option to do so.

I will second the addition of an OPTION to make capes, belts and helmets visible and to make the genies invisible.

Because I want my Panda to have SOMETHING to allow me to tell him apart from the other Pandas all over the place.

I'm looking at this to improve the visual appeal. Not because your toon looks nice. I mean, you can see pretty much everything on the right side of the screen, except your hat.

They had this feature on EverQuest... Guess what I always had helmet invisible... Why would I spend time customizing my toons Head just to cover it up with a Metal/Leather/Studded Dome? What's the appeal in that? Now it'd be cool if we could wear stylish hats like a Robin Hood look.... As for capes if 12 new models (That's The Genies) slows down your PC? Wait till you see what a flowing cape on 1k people will do to your Antiquated System.

    PC's Age...
New- If not custom built it's already older spec's
1 year it's old but still can play most new games
2 years it's getting long in the tooth- better RAM, Faster HDD, New Video Card will spruce it up
3 years if you've not replaced the Video card it's unlikely your able to play any new games at Medium settings
4 years yeah don't even look at new games
5 years: your system is so antique upgrading is no longer an option

I for one would love to see the head gear, I think it would make heavy armor look pretty rad. there shouldn't even be an option to turn it off... I mean your character is wearing a helmet so he should be wearing a helmet!

Capes should also be 100% viable at all times with no option to hide lol

The real question is why is everyone in game carrying weapons in town like a bunch of phycos! I guess it would be best to remove your helmet if you are going to talk to player and npc's and no one should be allowed to enter a town with a weapon drawn...

But I just think they made the game without helmets and it would be A LOT of work to add them in at this point. So it' s not going to happen. Tis sad.b:cry
