Lost my action bars :/

During a lag spike it seems I clicked on something. My action bars disappeared (the hot keys for my avatar's actions only, not pet, etc). How do I get them back? I've looked around and just can't seem to find this info anywhere.

    Try changing your resolution and then pull it back to where you want it.

    Tried that just now, no joy :( Also tried hitting tab key over and over. Any other ideas? I've already died from this. Guess I'm not playing until I can get it fixed.

    hmm tried deleting all files in the folder
    C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata\Layout ?

    I'd rather avoid messing around with my program files. Seems like it should only be a simple UI issue. Surely this has happened to others. I can't be that special.

    Is it just the hotbars, or everything? If it's everything, try pressing alt + H once or twice...or was it CTRL + H?
