cant make anything

ok so im trying to decompose stuff and it says insufficient durability but its full durability can someone help me i need mats to make stuff

    Few things I noticed:
    - need to go to the right type of NPC, ie take sword to blacksmith or hat to tailor
    - Need to use certain lvl equipment, ie I can only decompose lvl 2 stuff. Not sure when this changes or how.

    Decomposing only gives you Chi stones, not materials. Chi Stones can be used to fuel Genie stamina and Aerogear speed boosts, and make Charms at the Apothecary.

    Remember that Weapons have to be decomposed at Blacksmiths, armor at Tailors, ornaments at Craftsmen.

    Even if it says "insufficient durability," click the decompose button anyway. It might decompose it. But if it doesn't, then you can't - probably because it's a level one item.
