which way is better?

hi guys. i have recently been hunting for mats for quite a while and as i know, Rough Furs and Silk Thread are the pain in the butt mats to get during a hunt/farm. keep in mind that i'm a level 46 veno and seeing thru PWIDatabase that the highest mob that drops either one is 5+ levels below me and drop rate will be low on me as well.

now, i don't plan on buying mats from the boutique YET, but sometime in the future. but i was planning on getting a character that is equal to the mobs level to get higher chances of getting the Rough Furs/Silk Threads.

in any case, i want some thoughts on people who's dealt with mat finding more than i have. so the question here would be: Grab a low level to do the hunt? or Just buy them from Cat Shops/Boutique?

    Make a kitty stand "B>what ever you want" and in a week youll get your mats.
    Better then, farming cause drop rate stink, better then cash shop cause it will be cheaper.

    eh i would rather make a new char for mats <-- venos r good since pets make fast farming.
