First you need 9999 Source of Force (SoF). You can buy them in the Battle Pet Packs in the Boutique which give you between 10 and 50 in each pack for 50 Silver. Yes, that means you will need a LOT of packs ... approximately $190 worth. You will get some Phoenix Feathers in some of those packs but they can be exchanged 100 at a time at the Pet manager for SoF.

You can often see players selling SoF for coin in Catshops and in the Auction House. It is usually more costly to buy SoF that way.

Once you have 9999 SoF go to Mrs Zoologist and exchange it for the Herc Ticket which then can be exchanged for the Herc Egg.

Note: Unlike other pets, Herc and Phoenix eggs CANNOT be sold/traded with other characters. Whichever char you get the egg on is the one that is stuck with the Herc for life.

Yes. You can exchange in groups of 100. 100 for 100 at the Pet Trainer.

Or you could just find a pappa herc to fertilize some plain ole eggs,that ways a lot cheaper.
