Is it possible to craft 3 star items?

I have only ever crafted 1 and 2 star items and I was just thinking that maybe the 3 stars come from drops only... but I'm sure we should be able to craft 3 star right? I assume that it's quite rare and is up to luck!?!?!

    Sure u can be able to manufacture it i did some 3* stuff i think u got a 2% to manufacture it.

    You can craft 3* items. It seems you are more likely to craft them if they are a lower level than your current skill level.
    For example if you are level 6 it seems you have a better chance to craft 3*s in level 5, 4, 3 or lower items.

    I was trying to make my 2* Hermits Cape for the Level quest and crafted 2 3*s before I was able to get a 2.
