game freezing

b:cryb:cryalright is it just me or does anyone one else get random freezing while in game like ive already been running and boom game frozen or trying to log into game says entering perfecworld boom no enter or even going to login in like im in password and username login and boom whole comp freezes up all of these make me need to restart comp or game its quite anoying and i really like this game and i wanna play again so seriusly please look into this someone. and to try and fix this ive wiped my comps hard drive uninstalled game and reinstalled it its really getting old now and id love to see it fixed and anyone else experiencing it would probally love to see it fixed as wellb:cryb:cry

    Err, no? Sounds like you're computer can't handle the PWI graphics, you must want to either free up some system memory or upgrade your gfx card.

    read above dude dosent it seam like ive freed u p space and also your reallynot observent ive played this game before i only started haveing these problems scince genie expansion
