Re-birth?

Hi guys!
As a lvl 63 archer, it's becoming increasingly difficult to level, meaning I eventually have to grind to my next level due to the low amount of quests every level.
I hear people talking about re-birth and it got my thinking as it could be a better way to level? However I have no idea what re-birth requires or actually is :( sorry i'm a noob lol!

So can anyone tell me what re-birth is, what you have to do, what's required and what you get from it?

    you get frags, and if finishing, good xp ;)
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.

    Ahh ok thanks, is it totally player made or is it an actualy quest type thing (like is it somthing you'd get in your quest page like a Call To Duty?)

    It is made from players. You need to have a full squad. Each person get a duty badge from the adventure assistant. You can get one duty badge each day after level 40. They stack so get one every day that you can. You use them if you do the cube of fate.

    Everyone in the squad goes to the spiritual disciple in arch (by the elder) and trades one duty badge for a rebirth order. Give the order to the party leader and they can talk to the spiritual disciple and start the quest.

    Set up a zhen for the waves of mobs and tank the bosses. Have fun. Read some guides on the forum if you need more help ^.^

    I am also curious about zhenning groups and rebirth.

    I was invited to Rebirth Alpha tonight (my first ever) and I was quite confused. It seems all classes besides myself had an aoe so I felt quite useless. We all died on the 3rd wave and I said to invite me back at 59 when I get Barrage.

    Is zhenning group done inside of the Rebirth instance or is this done in an outside area. I have read that each zhenning group takes 1hr and 432k mana. Is it better to zhen, do rebirths, or are they the same?

    I have read alot about zhenning and how it only takes 3 people and I think rebirth needs a full squad - maybe they are not the same after all?

    Is there a guide on Rebirth vs Zhen groups to level. I was thinking there are good reasons to do both but I am not sure what are the pros and cons of each - could anyone help me there or point me to a post that compares the two so I can figure out which would be best for my playstyle?
