Known problem with some of the wizard presets?

Hello,

I have been playing this fine game for a little over two months now. I started with a veno because they seemed the most quarky and interesting. But I have decided to start an alt and that it would either be a wiz or a cleric and that I would make this alt actually look like me. I eventually decided on wizard because of their magnificent beards that can almost match mine. I made one by modifying one of the sage presets; sage 2 I think. I decided to log in as him but he did not appear as I had made him. His looks reverted to the default model that appears when you first select male wizard on character selection. I made a post about this in the General Discussion and got one response that made it seem like this was a known glitch. So I am checking here in hopes that you fine mages can tell me a way to get around it.

    not sure but if your mains only lvl 33 dont play wiz for the love of cheesespanking monkeys propelling on my comp screen 1 word begginer mages are hell at lvl 40 it jsut gets worse but thats my opinion and at lvl 28 you get a makeover scroll if that helps your prefance btw my mage is lvl 43 its my only char to do so to me i want to choke him up cause no ones helping me with grinding spots anyways thats my descr not sure if its aprroriate for this thread but good luck if you choose mage youll feel depressed and not very excited to come back to pwi for your mage its jsut a warning i almost quit but one archer helped me thro and a lvl 80 wiz :) ty guys oh ya and one more thing what do you mean your chars looked like there glitched?

    dont listen to him. Mage is hard but dont let it discourage you. Once you hit the 70 barrier leveling is a breeeeeeeeeeze for wiz
    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    Answering the OP's question, I think you can use a makeover scroll to change that. They're kinda expensive though >.>

    Also, Devilmages, you're an idiot and stop posting. You make everybody's eyes bleed.

    A makeover scroll will not fix it. There is a setting in the UI tab called view customizations click that. That should do it. And if that is not it then spend the whatever k to get urself a makeover scroll.

    but didnt you say makeover scrolls wont fix it? And your character is always in customization UI. That only affects other peoples characters.

    Don't insult Devilmages. everyone have their own thought for their playing life time.if u can beat a same lvl mage with you it's not concern with you are smart or he is noob, it concern with how u play. you may be a hard core player but he may not, something like that.and this is the wizard forum ,every wizard can post , he is noob or whatever

    Yeah yeah, I understand the whole concept of "Each person has the right to post" or whatever.

    He's just not posting anything constructive with regards to the OP's post. Also, his post does make people's eyes bleed with its terrible grammar and spelling.

    I know what your on about.

    It happened to my wizard, wanted to knock the goatee off, showed it knocked off in the customization screen but came back. Sent in a ticket and a little over a week later a GM came on to give me a Make-over scroll.

    Only thing is I got used to the non-change, so I rejected the new makeover scroll

    Its also happened to another friend, she wasn't too happy as the hair colour and the hair style didn't suit her liking
