Mysterious chip packages

I was wondering where I can find or get the mysterious chip packages from. I have seen in cat shops players selling these. The mysterious chips that I got from my Supply stash says that the chips are not tradeable. How come the packages are? All information would be welcome.

    I'm new to the chip thing, but the only place i know to get more is out of the cube. You can get 5 per room, out of 4 rooms in the cube. They are in Rooms 15, 22, 31, and 42. It's kind of a **** shoot as to what room you get in though. Good luck trying to get them, it's a pain.

    What happens with buy chip packages is this

    They sell for say 50k each chip, then whatever the mold the buyer wants they then pay extra to make that mold

    For example the Dark pants of Hedes

    You would pay 1.2million for just the chips, then pay an extra 1.2million to have the mold made (Thats the fee to get the mold made)

    If you wanna see the price you need to pay scoll down in the link and check the recipe, you will see the amount of money you need to pay to get the mold

    A rough guide is, if someone is selling for 50k or 75k make sure you add an extra 50k per chip and thats how much you will pay
