Length of Time for Response from Support?

I filed a ticket with support about 3 days ago and haven't recieved a response.

I was wondering what the average time for a response is? Has my ticket been lost if no response has been recieved until now? Should I re-send my ticket?

    About 3 days seems normal though I will try to speak to a GM later and make them aware of this okay?
