Character not showing up as created

Hello,
I have been playing perfect world for a few months now and have been enjoying it greatly. I started up with my Veno but decided earlier today that I was going to start another character as well. I decided that I would try out a wizard and make it look like I do. I used the sage 2 preset because it had a rockin' beard that could almost match the magnificence of mine. I modified it by adjusting the nose, eyes, eyebrows and hair color and after I finished creating the character I logged on as him. I manipulated the camera so I could try and get a look at the end result and to my dismay the model that was on screen was not the one I had crafted but the default one that appears when you first select wizard at the character creation screen.b:cry
I ended up deleting the guy out of frustration.
Is this known to happen with only the sage 2 preset or is it some crazy weird glitch? If it has happened to people before how can it be fixed? Please help me out, I was looking forward to playing a character that actually looks like me for a change.

I haven't heard of a glitch like that, but then my Wizard is female.
When characters look like the default, go to your System UI tab ingame, and check off the box that says "Customizations."
I've only seen it affect OTHER characters, personally - my Wizard (female) looked just as she always did, even when other people looked like clones.Leader of Howl on Harshlands (Recruiting.)
