Are recovery charms consumables?

I see in the cash shop they have bronze, silver and gold recovery charms that are quite expensive... do these items last forever or do you use them up?

You use them up.

And once you have them equipped, they are bound which means when they run out they will disappear.

The HP = ticks when your HP is at 50%

The MP = ticks when your MP is at 75%

(the tick will fill either of the above to full)

Although at your level, you really do not need them.
