Myriad Rainbow: Worth the money or not?

Ok just want to share my experience and see if the others here agree.

I saved up 20 apoc pages (roughly 4 mil cost) and bought the 1 mil worth of ink, got Myriad Rainbow thinking this must be an awesome skill if it is Lvl 79 requirement and the huge cost.

Immediately I found my BM friend, and asked him to duel me to try out my new skill.

First attempt, the little cloud effect came over his head, and then nothing happened. My friend said "I am ready, you can start anytime." My response was, "I already used it on you." Then he said, "But you didn't do anything."

So I tried again, and yay this time got the bleed AND poison effect on him. Watched his HP went down by maybe 2% (really tiny so maybe 1%), after 9 seconds, and he pretty much regenerated in like 5 seconds after.

The result was utterly disappointing that I felt I just flushed 5 mil down the toilet.

This is just my recommendation, but I would tell most people to avoid getting this garbage of a skill unless you got 5 mil to blow on not even giggles. Hopefully (but unlikely), they can adjust the effect of this skill to balance the cost.

A lot of 79 skills appear to be a total waste. I was looking at some of the BM ones too like the increase of crit at the expense of base dmg. -lol! This game teaches us to be shrewd shoppers.

Well it is random. It basically gives you demon skills if you go sage. Not totally useless.

the fox form myriad is a little more usable

the difference is that forw form one is AOE

can give up to 4 curses to mobs in a 12 meters range (Bleed, Poison Dot, Break Armor 100%, Break magic resistances 100 %)

can give venos a chance to do Zhen after they get the skill ( it works that way on MY)

I prefer feral conc, but its use is limited to dungeons (when farming, luring bosses) or real rare situations.
I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
