Black or white?

My friend and I have decided to change our hair and skin color mid-game and now we show up pre-makeover scroll to some, and post-makover scroll to others.

He shows up pre-scroll to me and when I click on him I see what he SHOULD look like.

There's an example. His avatar is pre-makeover scroll, but when I click on him his icon is post-makeover scroll.

Any suggestions as to how I can fix this or why this is happening?

    Go to system options and turn on custermizations.
    All God does is watch us and kill us when we get boring. We must never, ever be boring.
