Grind 60-70

So I have been grinding lvl62 bats, I just hit 65.
I was wondering.. what mob should I grind now?
Basically from what I heard..

60-62 Foxwings
62-65 Bats (Lvl62)
66-[?] Bats (Lvl68)

But where should I grind at 65? Also; Until what level should I grind Bats (lvl68)?

    Minions (Bats) in Swamps should see you from 65-70 the best way is to get a full group and to set up in between the 3 floating tower thingys, The spawn rate is just fast enough that you wont have much down time and when your not killing you can pick up drops, seemed to be as fast as doing a Zhen party at this Lv. imo,
