    There IS no debate.. lol. period haha. Lion spirit = 7 dex. lolx. otherwise if you want a bloody hp helm for hp purposes, get the lvl 61(95 str requirement) with a good blue bonus. I had a vit 4 hp 70 lvl 61 as an extra to my lion spirit, but after flawlessx4 and +4 for the lion spirit, there really was not that much need to use the vit 4 or whatnot unless you're a bloody vit build.. though even then..
