Forum Avatar problem...

Just a simple little problem I'm having,

I used to have 2 characters, both on Heaven's Tear. I deleted the 1st char I made, and would now like to use my current character as my avatar, however when I select it, it won't display it, just the face with tha "?" over it.

Anyone able to help me figure this one out? b:puzzled

I'm pasting this from another post that I've seen, please let me know if it resolves your issue.

How to change your portrait from ? to you.
1.) logout, login
2.) on your login picture click "change" (sample)

or use the manual link (must be logged in)

(copy and paste and add the 'h' , Your not allowed links in sigs)

One of our mods has told me that you should just send a ticket regarding this issue, this is a glitch that occurs occasionally that we can fix when we get your e-mail

I think you understood wrong Spoony. The OP needs to send a ticket to Customer Support as only the people in your office can fix his problem.
