Switching from AA to LA without a reset note

So, I'm finally level 30. And so far, I've been just been pure Mag build.

But I was hoping I could switch to Light Armor, I'm just not sure how to do it. I have about 18 strength, and the rest is in Magic.

So my question is, how do I need to put my points to get in line to wearing LA, and about what level will I be when I can start wearing LA my level?

    For LA build:
    dex and str point = your level + 4
    the rest = go to magic

    dump a bunch of points til you have your lvl +4 in str and dex

    then just keep going 1str 1dex 3magic
    FPW > PWI b:victory
