    I do not think that is what it is for. There has been a thread already posted on this subject if you'd like to see what everyone had to say about it last week :)

    Pffft, it's quite obviously some variety of witch burning device.
    Currently flying internet spaceships around dodixie, moving to amarr soon.

    Equality

    Since this is an arena, it would definitely be unfair for lower levels if they don't have equal grounds to fight as the higher levels. This is the reason why Perfect World implemented the "Relic" space in our Equipment Information. As soon as you enter the arena, 2 items will be given to you. One is the Relic sack and the other is the Emperor's order. Remember that once you leave the dungeon, the Relic sack disappears.

    That goes in the slot above your genie slot.

    my guess is it's going to be a cash shop item you need to equip to extend your CAT SHOP slots. Probably also going to have a time limit of use (i.e 7 days). Profits FTW

    weird idea in left field here, maybe it can be like.. some kind of uh... rune or spirit or something that enhances certain abilities, almost like a tome, but for things like increasing wood damage by x% or fire etc. idk. im not creative.
