file download error, restarting in 5 seconds

what does this mean? I've tried downloading the patches that you guys posted but i still got the same thing, however, when it restarted, the bar moves, but the error comes up again. Also, i am on patch 37 and stuck on "iconlist_guild.dds". Anyone know what this means?

    When I experienced this, I usually just did manual patch instead of automatic.

    first of all, thanks for replying. and i am already doing the manual patch. it is still giving me the same error.
