pls help..on off while i dead

hai i was doing quest at Sea of Reality suddenly monitor off.i restart again i can see my character 1 second but a died already and off.so i restart again my character i can not see nothing but i can hear only music..so how to move to clik back to town while im dead??? pls help SOS thanks my character-> Tampan
