No spiritual cultivation quest at lvl 39

I dont have any spiritual cultivation quest and im lvl 39, i already did my fb39 and all the quests i had to do inside the cave, but im still aware of harmony... what can i do ?

    Have you died yet? You cannot talk with the ghost until you die....
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    yes sounds stupid but you really gotta die to get it

    I AM NOT KIDDING! i didn't believe it myself until i reached 39 and had guildie kill me to test it, it really did work, you need to die
