Is it true that people own houses on the game , because the guide said you could

    No, that is the housing system in different regional versions.

    I t has not been implemented in this version.

    Make sure when you look at a guide it is for Perfect World International.

    that was in perfect world 1 p2p version, this is perfect world 2 f2p , doesnt have it and as far as GMs said there is no plan to have it
