    Yes they do and those catshops in 1k Streams have been there for a few days selling tome fragments.

    few i just traded my blessing for 1 and wasnt sure wether or not they did cos sum1 just told me they dnt

    They definitely do feed pets. I use one. But it might not be a wise choice to trade blessing for one. Blessings are still rare. Stashes give blessings, but only at high level. Tomes are becoming increasing common and dropping in value at a faster rate than blessings, due to higher availability of fragments.

    Not in HT. We're just now catching up to Sanc in Rebirth Orders. The majority of people still use Blessings and they've dropped in price. It's only been in the last few weeks that catshops have popped up in 1K Streams selling Tome Frags for 350k apiece.
