Character details not showing up

So, today, I decided to turn on the "Best Performance" mode while running through Archosaur, and I logged off with it on. So, I come back on and see that doing so turned off all my top quality settings I originally had on, so I went back and put them all up to max again. After that, when I logged on, I noticed that every character had a plain design. Turns out, every character looks the same! White skin, gray hair and the same hair design. It's literally a mess.

And what's really odd about this problem is that it doesn't go on my Blademaster. I absolutely made sure, and it seems that the problem is related to my character. So, I was wondering if you guys know anything about this problem?

    Have you tried enabling "Customizations" from the "UI" tab in the game options menu?

    -Facepalm- Haha, it wasn't checked. I completely forgot about that.
    Thank you very much. Problem is resolved, you can pretty much lock this/let the thread die.
