Unable to Connect - School Wireless

I've had problems connecting in certain places at school and currently, I am having a similar problem at the university campus I am on. Basically, I can connect to the internet via wireless (no login required for this particular site) and get to the main page in the game, but when I try to login, it'll time out after 20 seconds and come up with the error message: Unable to Connect to Server. Is it just because this particular computing site/ the school's internet is blocking the game or is there a fix to this?

    It's probably the school's network that's blocking it. See if you can get them to open port 29000.
