Having problems...

Xakarus - Dreamweaver

Im trying to make a venomancer, but when i try to make one, there's this weird, boney looking thing around her neck, and i cant get rid of it. Is this a common problem? Is there a way to fix this?

Edit: it appears to be a problem with my graphics. All venos have this thing around their neck on my screen.
