How does Actioneer house work??

little question about actioneer house...

when you put an item for sale
and start bid
10k
buy now
50k

now what happends when some1 bids the start bid
and the time expires.....

can you cancel it or does he have it for the start bid always?

or is that where this V you can add when you put an item for sale
save buy now price....

    If he bids and is the only bidder, he has it if time expires.

    If someone bids higher, he won't have it for the start bid, because someone bid over that.

    Save buy now price means save the price you set for buy now. Don't do it, you will be selling different items of different prices.
