how do you open them every time i find one it says i dont have the right tool for opening it?

if you know what tool there talking about can you plz tell me?

    no tool required depending on what quest you have.

    sometimes there's no way to open them because its used for something in future content

    lets say .. it was used in the P2P version of the game for china.. its not activated in the F2P version ;)
    I look at all the trollers, and Pvpers.. and know they wouldnt have lasted 30sec on Camelot.

    Rules= Know your enemy (players and NPCs) gives you more chances to survive.
