Spells- How to get?

Well... this is a very lame question, but I am quite new and haven't been able to figure out.

I was wondering how you acquire new spells? I've been to the wizard but that didn't help me XD All I was able to do was, how do you say it on here, upgrade? lol

    To level and gain new spells you have to first reach there level requirement, then you need to have there cultivation quest done also.
