plz help with a genie

i got a genie and i have absolutly no idea what to do with it what are lucky points and how do i lvl it and ... i dont even know lol if someone could tell me all about a genie that would help me a lot........or if anyones got a link to a genie guide that would help too. im just going around training and i keep wondering whats the point of this glowy flying thing lol. any help would be greatly apriciatedb:thanks
