ZEN problems -Payment Verification

The payment verification requires my registered first and last name. I entered my actual name (the name on my paypal account), and it didnt work. I have no idea what I am supposed to do now, because there is no way to check what name is actually registered with my account. Please someone help. Thanks.

    The first and last name is in regards to your Perfect World account, not your PayPal account. Only questions 1-2 are in regards to the funding source/purchase.

    i have same problem here too, where do i find my first and last name of my perfect world account so i can transact my payment? I've been looking everywhere, can't find it :( I really need it, only one attempt left.

    You will need to fail out the attempt and wait for our manual verification form. After you reply directly to the 8 question form, we can give you the information you are missing. Please read that email carefully because we can only give you the wrong information if you fill out the form properly.
