Level 24 archer needs help in the future

I am not actually a noob, just a beginner. I am currently level 24 and have a good skill setup in my opinion. here are my current stats ( they are not exact, but are very close)

Vit: 8
Mag: 10
Str:31
Dex: 83

What I want to know, Is if I should stop getting up mag and vit every couple of levels. Plus here is what else I want to learn:

How do I switch from sage to demon skills?
What skills are better then others and should I level up with?

- Stats -

You usually (always) do not want to raise Magic at all.

Lady Annor's guide discusses stat allocation at the very beginning.

Since you are only level 24, you could consider starting over to get back those 5 points you added to magic. Or you can restat later with a Reset Scroll (bought through the Boutique or through other players).

- Sage vs. Demon -

You pick which path you to follow at level 89. You cannot switch between the two.

There is no need to worry about it for now.

- Skills -

No more magic! It's mostly worthless and doesn't help any of your skills.
Eventually you want to restat that back to dex.

Don't worry about Sage / Demon skills until you are level 89. They are pretty much way too far away to bother thinking about at the moment.
