Lv 60-70 Grinding

Hi,im a level 62 archer and i barely get any quests each level and the quests i do get i only get around 10% from doing all them, iv also been lving off fbs but theres not always FBs to do so i need to know what i should grind on at my level. any suggestions would be helpful =]

    Vampric Night Stalkers i think there called... bat looking things near ridge of dreaming cloud(i think, its towards bottom of map)

    foxwings will turn green in one lvl, better off with lvl 62 and 68 bats for the grind up to 70
