Demon/LA worth the crit end game?

So I looked through legendary/HH items to see how high an LA build using demon could get and it can reach 18%-19% around lvl 100.

104 dex: +6%
Ashura's Top and Boots + 9 dex each: +1% (with the 4 points spilled over)
Shinrabasho: +4%
Inferno heaven ravager (easier alternate): +3%
2x Ring of Stary Night: +2% each
Belt: Melodic Curves: Chaos: +1%
Archangel Pendant: +1%
Christmas Blessing: +1%
Demon Elemental Mastery: +1%

So that equals 18%-19% depending on chosen weapon. The demon skills would allow a slightly faster casting time as well. But at this level I have no idea how huge the damage difference would be and would it be better to just go Heaven/Arcane because the Black Ice Dragon Strike is more reliable for a crit anyway?

    Why is this imaginary level 100 wizard not using the Lunar Glade rings?(+3%crit each)

    zzzzz this is all a big 'IF' good luck farming all those items..

    on a side note, demon mastery does not appear in your inventory when you hit 89..have fun farming cube for months
