Radiance or Ifrit of Wrath

Hey guys I will be making my HH80 gold weapon soon because I will use it as motivation for levelling. Although I do plan on getting to 90 to use dragonlance: Angder, It will take me a while because I will be very busy. So my question is, which is the better weap, Ifrit of wrath, or Jade Heart: Radiance. I am leaning towards radiance but not too sure. I will also be getting the HH80 gold armor set. Is it better to +7 my weap and leave armors at +4 or make everything +5?
