i think you havent gotten any answers because nobody can understand what youre asking. "baby bear" would be an all class bear, not the veno battle bear. that would be the shaodu cub, its a rare pet, one that you can tame at one of the 2 spawns, and it only spawns once every 12 hours. or you can buy it from another player. that would probably be your best bet.

the hercules is a cash shop pet. you either buy battle pet packs from the boutique until you have 9,999 source of force, or you buy 9,999 source of force from other players.

You'll want to focus on Venomous Scarab and Ironwood Scarab, if you're using arcane armor.

I can't tell you about fox form.

FlappingPix - Heavens Tear

The fox form skills I use most:
Befuddling Mist (be careful using this one though it has a fan AoE)
Amplify Damage (a must for any fox veno)
Leech (great skill)
Stunning Blow (uses 1 spark but is worth it)

Other skill you will want/need:
Soul Transfusion (its a life saver, literally)
Metabolic Boost (max it)
Natures Grace (max it)
Bramble Guard (max it to get Bramble Hood)
Melee Mastery (max it asap)

The main thing you will need to consider is that as a fox veno ALL of you skill do physical damage so your build and armor type play larger role. I personally use a light armor build and find it to works well for me. I'd suggest you take a look at the stickied guides regarding the different fox builds available to you. It will be worth your time spent reading them.
