Wings Hasted

What does it means when wings are hasted ? How can i put my wings hasted?

    It's called "Accelerate"

    When you see a flying mount that's say, +2.0, +4.0, the higher number is the accerelated speed.

    You can accelerate by pressing E-> Accelerate.

    (Though if you're using the starter Elf wings, you can't accelerate)
